Can I place an order if I live outside the U.S.A.?
We can ship to UK, but I can’t do it for the flat $6 rate we offer in USA. You can call my studio with what you want and Rob, “the best guy shipping guy in the history of forever” who usually answers the phone, can do the research and give you a quote on your order. (so far, the coast has been around $20-30 per order) Also if you have any knowledge or connections, you want us to send it through, we are all ears. International shipping is a mystery to many. We only charge our international orders the exact charge of the carrier you ultimately decide on from the choice Rob will give you.
Our past experience is that if you group your orders together with family and friends the shipping price per item does even it out a bit and make it more cost effective. (Example: One item costs a significant amount. They second item added to package not much more, to where the 4-5 items seem to add little to no additional fees.) So, keep that in mind. P.S. We will ship out of the US and provide tracking and check on the order anytime you would like but we are not responsible for the package being delayed or not being delivered. We will bend over backwards to send it any way that you feel would be best, but please keep in mind, we have no control over the postal system and how they operate. (wouldn’t that be great if we could.)

When can I order next years Calendars and Planner and when will I get them?
All Calendars and Planners will start taking Pre-Orders around April of each year an are scheduled to ship out by the end of August of that same year. The Large Calendars and Granddaughter Calendars tend to come in first and then the Small Calendars followed by the Planner. (Sometimes the Planner can run into September to ship) All Pre-orders are at a discounted price and will typically offer the glitter and gems upgrades for free. Once the Calendars and Planner are available for purchase then the prices will go up. So if you are looking for discounted prices, pre-ordering is the best way to get that deal.
I want a specific Suzy design but I don’t see it on the item I am looking to purchase?
No worries, just contact Robert are Admin@SuzyToronto.com with the design and the item you would like it to be on and he will either find it or put it into production for you to be able to order. Even if you are looking for an item that is not available yet he can get the wheels turning to see if that is something that Suzy’s Studio can get in to production for you. We ALWAYS appreciate the feedback (both good and bad)
My mug broke and I need to get a new one. Where can I go to get a replacement?
Suzy has designed MANY coffee mugs over the decades and it would be hard to tell you where to get that exact mug unless we had a photo to reference it from. The current mug that is still available (On Amazon, through our wholesale license) will have a black handle and a black inside. Any other mug is more than likely discontinued and not available through normal avenues. You might be able to find a replacement for those on E-Bay or Etsy but we do caution you about ordering from those site for we do not represent them in any way shape or form. “Buyer Beware” as they like to say.
